Privacy Policy

1. Admission Policy

  • Must be committed to sobriety
  • May require clean time or detox completion
  • Application and interview process
  • Agreement to follow all house rules

2. Drug & Alcohol Policy

  • Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol
  • Random drug testing
  • Relapse will result in immediate discharge

3. Code of Conduct

  • Respect others and staff
  • No violence, threats, or harassment
  • Honesty and accountability required

4. House Rules

  • Curfew requirements:
    • First 30 days: 7am to 8pm unless working
    • After 30 days: 7am to 10pm weekdays and 7am to 12 midnight on weekends
  • Cleanliness standards
  • Quiet hours
  • No illegal activity

5. Daily Living Requirements

  • Attend recovery meetings (AA/NA, etc.):
    • First 30 days: 5 meetings per week in person, church may count as 1 meeting
    • After 30 days: 3 meetings per week, church may count as 1 meeting
  • Participate in house meetings
  • Maintain employment, school, or volunteer work (if on assistance such as SS, disability, etc.)

6. Chore Policy

  • Chores assigned weekly
  • Must be completed on time
  • Shared responsibility for the home

7. Visitors Policy

  • No visitors for the first 30 days
  • Visitors must be approved
  • Visiting hours are the same as curfew hours
  • No overnight guests

8. Medication Policy

  • All medications must be disclosed
  • Pill count at any time
  • Taken only as prescribed
  • No sharing or misuse
  • All medication must be in a locked box

9. Curfew Policy

  • Set curfew times
  • Late arrivals require approval
  • Repeated violations lead to consequences

10. Conflict Resolution

  • Encourage respectful communication
  • Staff mediation available
  • No aggressive behavior allowed (zero tolerance)

11. Disciplinary Procedures

  • Verbal warning
  • Written warning or possible fine
  • Discharge

12. Resident Rights

  • Right to respect and integrity
  • Right to a safe, clean environment
  • Right to confidentiality

13. Grievance Procedure

  • Report issues to staff
  • Timely review and response

14. Confidentiality Policy

  • Resident information is private
  • Shared only when required by law

  • Emergency contacts posted
  • Fire evacuation plan

16. Staff Responsibilities

17. Discharge Policy

  • Reasons include relapse, rule violations, and safety concerns
  • Not paying rent will result in discharge
